"It’s honestly difficult to put into words how beautiful, emotional, and deeply meaningful this experience has been. *Olivia’s process* is the heart of this retreat. It’s hard to describe in words, but it creates a safe, nurturing space where you feel free to express yourself, share your emotions, and take time for deep personal reflection. Olivia offers not only her knowledge but also her presence — warm, understanding, and genuinely uplifting. She was a guiding light for me at a moment when I truly needed one."

"Olivia was such a heart-felt, kind, wise and adaptable guide to the group, which I think really helped to build such a strong and nourishing group dynamic, allowing us the safety to fully express ourselves. I returned to the city feeling cleansed, grounded, centred and full of gratitude and peace."

"I used to meditate for 1 or even 2 hours - but I‘ve never been as present and truly in my body as I have been during your retreat. All of this being outside, moving between places, cooking together, building up my tarp brought me so much into the present moment. I‘ve never experienced anything like this for so long."
~ Lena

There is no rigid schedule — but there is a rhythm.
We wake with the place.
We make breakfast and dinner over the fire, and some lunch inbetween.
At times we move between places.
In-between there is time for creative exercise invitations, group circles, one-to-one guidance, as well as exploration, swimming, having fun, silence, rest.
Some days feel light.
Some deep.
Some simply very close to the essential.
We follow what the place, the group and the moment are asking for.

What does the group feel like?
This is a small group.
No more than eight people.
A space for honesty, depth and quiet becoming.
You do not need to be loud, experienced or “good” at sharing.
You can listen, speak, pause, or simply be present.
There is room for silence.
Room for closeness.
Room for what is true for you.
We meet each other with openness, care and respect.
What are the pillars of this retreat?
-
connecting with your outer & inner nature
going on a journey to ourselves.
tapping into this deeper knowing & wisdom within.
acknowledging what’s there.
-
being in community
being integrated into the whole.
being challenged.
being held.
-
cooking over the fire
as a deeply rooted practice of togetherness.
cooking and eating together as the most elementary form of sharing.
-
process-orientation
everything takes as much time as it needs.
letting ourselves be guided by the natural flow.
being open to what is crossing our path.
enough time for yourself.
-
dream work
listening to the language of our dreams.
receiving messages from the unconscious.
bridging the seen and unseen.
honoring the wisdom that emerges in the liminal space between waking and sleeping.

With which topics can I take part?
-
need orientation
feel stuck, face a crisis, or are standing before a decision -
long for connection
with nature, the elements, your body, yourself, or others -
want to go deeper
into a recurring pattern, a specific topic, or what wants to be seen -
simply know it is time
for a pause, a reset, and a different kind of listening
Is there Q&A about Kailo retreats?
