NOTE ON THE NATURE OF SERVICES
The offers presented on this website do not replace psychotherapeutic treatment but serve prevention. They constitute psychological counseling outside the scope of medical healing. Therefore, they are not subject to approval or supervision under the Psychotherapists' Act, as psychological activities aimed at addressing and overcoming social conflicts or other goals outside the scope of medical healing do not qualify as the practice of psychotherapy.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

When you register for the retreat, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of EUR 400. Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

 

REMAINING PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the retreat begins to secure your place. We will send you a reminder one week before the final payment deadline. If we do not receive the payment on time, we reserve the right to release your spot; in that case, the deposit will be retained.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are possible up to 4 weeks before the retreat begins. In this case, only the EUR 400 deposit will be retained.

From 4 weeks before the retreat begins, the full retreat fee is due and no refund can be issued. You may, however, transfer your place to another person with prior approval.

IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL

If we can not host a retreat and we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a 100% refund. However we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as travel costs, loss of work and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip. 

 

SORRY, BUT REALLY NO EXCEPTIONS

Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat, exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, bad weather, acts of terrorism, illness, pandemics, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, the retreat fees remain non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

 

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE AND OWN RISK

Please note that travel, cancellation and health insurances are at your own responsibility. Furthermore, you participate at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to which this retreat is appropriate for your level of overall physical fitness as well as mental stability. The retreat guest is liable for loss and all damages  which arise during the retreat. You hereby expressly waive any and all claims - of whatever nature - against Kailo Nature Therapy arising from damage, injury or consequential damage that may occur in connection with the participation in the retreat.
